All references to ‘Switcher’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ in this Privacy Policy apply to Switchify and its related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001).

Switchify is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (Principles) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).
